Meet The Team
Sally Rabi, PhD
Founder, CEO
Dr Rabi is a passionate educator and ‘special-projects’ developer with extensive experience in educational reform, digitizing curricula, instructional design, content development, custom publishing and teacher training. She has worked with Ministries of Education and institutes of higher education across Europe and the MENA region on curriculum reform and professional development projects. She works closely with key education stakeholders, decision makers, international publishers and content developers on the customization and adaptation of resources to meet local requirements. Dr Rabi has a substantial track record in working closely with Ministries of Education and tertiary institutes of education on the analysis and development of frameworks, curricula and resources.
Dr Rabi is particularly interested in the utilization of action research in response to educational reform and the equal rights of accessibility to quality education in the 21st century. She has been working on initiatives to improve the quality of free on-line education resources offered to the global, regional and local community of digital learners. She supports equal opportunity initiatives to access best-practices, educational resources and successful education experiences.
Dr Rabi believes that education technology provides a global-solution to address accessibility to quality education, one of the main WHO SDGs. However, thus far, the upper hand in driving the growth in the field of education technology has been led by IT companies rather than being pedagogically or academically driven. Dr. Rabi believes that this is a crucial period requiring complete reform of education approaches and expectations, which can only be achieved through effective partnerships and collaborations between education practitioners, academic scholars, and technology experts.
Dr Rabi holds a PhD in Education with emphasis on education reform and professional development. She also holds a Masters in TESOL, Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelors in English for Specific and Applied Purposes.
